SHIPPING POLICY
ฺ​Shipping / Delivery in Thailand
1 ) Free shipping in Thailand with a minimum three (3) soap-bars purchase per order.
2 ) THB 100.-net shipping fee is added to total amount if purchase is below three (3) soap-bars per order.
3 ) All shipping or delivery is handed through Thailand Post or Kerry Thailand, our shipping will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
4 ) Shipment is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Thailand’s Public Holiday.
Shipping / Delivery outside Thailand

1 ) Free shipping outside Thailand with a minimum six (6) soap-bars purchase per order.
2 ) USD 39.-net (Thirty Nine US Dollars) shipping fee is added to total amount if purchase is below sixe (6) soap-bars per order.
3 ) All shipping or delivery is handed through Thailand Post.
4 ) Shipment will be processed in 7 working days after payment is confirmed.
5 ) Shipment period varies upon the Country of destination.
6 ) Shipment is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Thailand’s Public Holiday.
7 ) Duties and Tax on shipment or delivery to outside Thailand will be charged directly to the recipient upon the Country of destination. If the recipient refuse the package/parcel or refuse to pay duties and tax, up2herb Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to deny a refund and/or return-request. The recipient has to take responsibility to pay all extra charge occurred due to denying the package/parcel.

Up2herb’s primary goal is your satisfaction, therefore we offer you the possibility to return/refund an item due to 2 reasons.
​
1) Deliver wrong product from your order.
2) Damage-product due to delivery. Please send us a picture of damage-product with order confirmation for a reference.
You can return or refund the product with your choice of exchange the product for another one or a full refund EXCLUDING the initial shipping/delivery fee. You can contact us for up to 14 days from the date you receive your product.
Up2herb Co.,Ltd. reserve the right to consider any products you will return, must be in the same condition you have received it and in the original packaging only.
